Walking North:
Once you reach the Downing Arms (A541)
follow ODP up the lane opposite.
At the top ('T' junction) you can either:
1: QUICK: turn right,continue on lane for 750m
OR
2: ODP: Slight left, across lane, over stile and up the hill. Follow ODP, eventually rejoins the lane, turn left onto lane
THEN:
The tarmac covered lane then continues to the right and downhill, follow for 40m and
pull off to the left when you see a set of wrought iron gates with the house name on.
Please use the single gate.

Walking South:
Through Sodom and down hill on lane.
At 'T' junction turn right and continue for 100m
then turn left over stile.
Through 1st field, over stile then through second field to
stile which leads to bridleway.
Bear right and continue for 40m until you reach
the tarmac covered lane.
TURN LEFT and continue down hill for 40m and
pull off to the left when you see
a set of wrought iron gates with the house name on.
Please use the single gate.

Arriving By Car:

A space needs to be pre-booked (not the day you arrive) as we
have limited space for vehicles.
Any vehicle not booked in will have to be left in the village.

We are just off a single track lane with limited passing places.
The following instructions are aimed at avoiding the frustration of getting lost, damaging your vehicle or getting your vehicle stuck.
If you are in any doubt after reading you can always park in the village.

Do not put the postcode into your sat-nav and expect to get to our gate!​

Any Vehicle that enters or is left on our property is entirely at the owners/users risk. We will not accept responsibility for any damage, accidents or losses of any kind. This includes, but not limited to- falling tree branches, damage to tyres.
If you are unhappy or unwilling to accept this first bullet point, DO NOT bring your car. We reserve the right to stop vehicle access at any time and the right to cancel any booking, without refund, if these instructions are not followed or any damage occurs. -
If you are arriving in someone else's car or sending a group member in a car, you are responsible for ensuring the driver has read these instructions before arriving.

DO NOT try to open our drive gates by pushing them, they are automated and we will open them. Please use the intercom or telephone us when you arrive.

DO NOT attempt a 3-point turn where our drive meets the lane as you will most likely damage your car

DO NOT try to turn left where our drive meets the lane when leaving (yes people have tried! 🫣 )

DO NOT try reversing in or out of our gates, ANY damage to our property will be charged for

Arriving by CAR:-
DO NOT arrive using the
lanes marked X
They are single track lanes and you will NOT be able to turn into our drive.
Please drive into Maes-Y-Graig, marked with a GREEN tick,
next to Car Sales Pitch.

Then continue onto single track lane and proceed until the B&B on map.
